L1 Systems Engineer - Provide support to Zenoss Customers/Zenoss cloud instances, through Zendesk Tickets, Zenoss' support call queue, and WebEx

Tier 2 Systems Engineer

Graduate of BS Computer Engineering or related like IT, ECE, ComSci, etc

- Already has experience in the same or related industry and exposed to server administrator tasks

- Must be willing to work in the office for 8 hours

- Must be willing to go to work on holidays and do night shift

- Can speak and write in Filipino and English

- Must be capable of remote work (has laptop or desktop to use)

- Must be able to be reached on mobile phone anytime (on-call duty) 

L1 Systems Engineer

Has at least 2 years of work experience in related industries

- Good written and verbal English communication skills

- Linux System Administration skills

- Preferably has  a degree in IT, ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related course

- Certifications (LPIC, Red Hat, AWS, GCP) big plus
